Day three
My laser-correction experience
I wasn't able to post my day three experience last night because my vision was so bad. I'm so glad I had read a couple other recovery logs to be prepared for the day three changes. My vision was actually the best since the surgery first thing in the morning. By the end of the day, it was the worst.
At 7:00AM, I saddled up and drove to the motorcycle training class. Keeping up with the drops all day was a nuisance, but I felt pretty good all day. However, by the time the class was over at 3:00 PM, I had had enough and was ready for some eye-shutting. I drove home and snoozed for thirty minutes before heading to some friends for dinner. At around 7:00 PM, my vision got really, really blurry and I was seeing double. I was a trooper and enjoyed the visit despite the kaleidescopic landscape of their backyard. We headed home about 8:00 PM and by 9:00 PM, my head was starting to hurt from all the visual weirdness. I put on my Bono, Zoo TV eye shields and went to bed.
